Our Story

SUZEN RECORD PVT LTD (formerly Shifa Music Global) is a forward-looking music company that produces, publishes and promotes music across genres and territories. We specialise in artist development, high-fidelity production, and strategic music placements — pairing creative excellence with industry relationships to convert great songs into global opportunities.

Led by CEO Javed Sheikh, SUZEN RECORD PVT LTD operates with three pillars: creative production (recording, mixing, mastering), artist services (management, A&R, brand partnerships) and rights & distribution (publishing administration and sync licensing). We work with independent artists as well as composers and content producers to ensure music reaches audiences through streaming platforms, film & TV placements and branded content.

Our core promise is to deliver music that sounds commercial and cinematic while retaining artistic integrity — built on meticulous production standards, fair artist deals and a global distribution mindset.

Our Team

Jojo D’Souza is an award winning writer, director, and the Creative Head of Big Banner Entertainment and Media LLP, Goa. Through his company, he has been associated with Mr. Javed Sheikh since the inception of SUZEN RECORD PVT LTD contributing creative direction and strategic vision as well as writing and directing music videos.


Rajkumari D’Souza serves as the Admin and Production Head of Big Banner Entertainment and Media LLP, Goa. She has been associated with SUZEN RECORD PVT LTD from the very beginning, overseeing operations and production coordination through her company as well as being editor on all music videos.


Ankita D’Souza is an art director and filmmaker who has been creatively associated with SUZEN RECORD PVT LTD and Mr. Javed Sheikh. Now based abroad, she continues to contribute her artistic vision and design expertise to the creative team.
